Important note for 8th Project Viva

1. All students must strictly follow the instructions of their internal guide.
2. In case of any difficulty, HoD may be approached for a final decision.
3. Hard copies can be produced if the report is cleared by the internal guide.
4. In case students are having genuine difficulties in the form of some material not finalised, they must first obtain approval from HoD, then produce two copies in spiral binding.
5. Hard bound copies must be produced before 11th of April, failing which their project will not be evaluated.
6. Students must submit the 'project review' form BEFORE their viva to HoD directly.
7. Teams will be called 'internal-guide-wise' and NOT roll number wise (this is a change from earlier plan).
8. ALL STUDENTS MUST BE PRESENT before 9AM.
9. Please come with adequate food, water, and snacks to avoid going out as far as possible.
10. Girl students are specially requested to get escort from home in case of unexpected delays towards the end. 
11. Students are request to keep the surroundings of the viva room neat and quiet. 
12. Avoid mobbing and crowding.
